Uitlaat systeem SC Project S1 [EC-RACE]

SC-Project, leading company in the production of exhaust systems for motorbikes, is strictly set in the competition world: this is a fundamental requirement to guarantee the final customer the highest qualitative and performance level . The commitment of SC-Project in the competition world is very important and is connected to all top world championships: MotoGP, Superbike, Moto2, Moto3, Supersport and the major national speed championships. 

The full system exhaust represents a full step forward in terms of tuning process of the new Yamaha Tracer 9. To combine perfectly the aesthetic of the bikes originally designed and produced with the exhaust placed under the engine, it has been necessary to project and develop a new solution: the answer is the new and innovative full system with integrated S1 muffler with carbon fiber end cap. Great attention has been dedicated to performance optimization and sound output, which is a real “must” for the 3-cylinders Yamaha engines and for all SC-Project products. The full-system for the new Yamaha Tracer 9 has been manufactured with high-quality stainless steel AISI 304 and with top level quality finishes that this bike deserves. All couplings are guaranteed by male/female bushings that ensure a perfect seal, with special T.I.G weldings handcrafted in protected environment. The black color option is made with a special ceramic paint process to resist to high temperatures. This full system equipped with the elegant and sporty S1 integrated muffler allows to gain an outstanding performance with a maximum increase of 3.1 hp and 2.5 Nm of torque at 9.700rpm (if compared to the original system), with a sensible improvement of throttle response and riding experience throughout the full engine delivery range, in the total respect of Euro5 compliance. The installation is plug-and-play and ECU remapping is not required. For racing use only, it is possible to remove the catalytic converter. The removal of the catalytic converter does not meet the Euro5 regulations.
