The muffler outer sleeve is made of lightweight titanium and the output has a generous and aggressive round exit. A lot of attention has been dedicated to the “voice” of the exhaust, in order to provide a deeper and more vivid sound experience, in full compliance with Euro5 regulations. The visual impact of this exhaust is outstanding: everything has been developed, tested, approved and manufactured to be perfectly integrated with the classic but modern design of the Scrambler 800. Like each product from SC-Project, the Rally-S silencer is entirely manufactured in Italy with the latest modern technologies and an obsessive attention to every little detail such as the elegant laser-engraved SC-Project logo. The installation is totally plug and play and the OEM heat shield perfectly fits the Rally-S silencer.
